To get the most from your session or class, please join from a quiet, comfortable space free of distractions. Avoid busy or public areas like cars, coffee shops, or airport terminals. Sit in a supportive chair with your feet on the floor (or on a pillow). Swivel chairs, rolling chairs, recliners, or lying down aren’t recommended. Have pens and paper nearby if you want to jot down notes, but try not to let note-taking distract you from being fully present.

Laptops or desktop computers generally provide the most stable connection. If using a headset or microphone, test it before joining. In classes, please keep your mic muted when not speaking.
