Why I chose this work
From a young age I recognized the healing power of touch. I could massage a family member’s shoulders or neck and they would feel better. As a young adult, I had a physically demanding job at a health food store. The inevitable result was that I accumulated a few injuries which taught me a deep respect for the fragility and resiliency of our bodies. On breaks the other workers and I would trade massages, leaning into each other’s pressure points and soothing our aches and pains. Soon, many coworkers were stopping by with sore arms, shoulders, wrists, etc. and I became aware that I had a gift. Determined to refine my natural abilities, in 1998, I enrolled in Lane Community College Massage Program, became an Ordained Minister of the Universal Life Church, took a series of tarot classes, and was attuned in Reiki.
As my relationship to the healing arts evolved, I came to recognize the complexity of concepts like health, aging and disease. My approach is all encompassing and balanced; having a firm base in the science of the body, an ability to see imbalances and address needs in the energy body, as well as the importance of working with the Spirit World through prayer to assist with ancestral and karmic healing.

PhilosophyWe all have the ability to heal. To attune to the Highest Power. To hear the whispers of our Healed Ancestors. To tap into the Collective Consciousness. My intention is to encourage my clients to breathe, pay attention, and listen as I work with them. As people tune into their inner knowing, they reawaken and unleash their bodies natural instinct to heal themselves and find peace within their bodies.

Training & CredentialsI am a Certified Massage Therapist, Universal Life Minister, & Reiki Practitioner for 20 years. Over the years I have integrated and expanded upon these techniques to develop a unique approach to healing; one that synthesizes the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. I listen to the subtlest cues your body holds in order to work at the deepest levels.
