Beginner's Serenity Session:
Introduction to Self-Healing Meditation

Step into the Transformative journey of our Beginner's Serenity Session.  Understand energy's impact on you, harness the power of intention, and illuminate your inner  light.  Discover techniques to release, heal, and connect with your purpose.  This introductory class lays the groundwork for a daily practice, guiding you to safely release the past and stay present in the now.   Join  us on a path beyond ego, where the power of intention directs your subconscious mind to heal on every level of your being.  Yoga mats, blankets, and chairs are provided for your comfort.

Immerse yourself in a transformative four-week exploration of self-discovery during this workshop.  Throughout this immersive experience, delve into subtle, yet profound ways energy can impact your well-being, embrace the power of intention, self-compassion, and illuminate your inner light.  Each week unveils a new facet guiding through practices to release, heal, connect with your purpose, and tap into your creative gifts.  Enhance your breathing as a healing tool, and learn to direct your subconscious mind for empowered well-being.  This course is intended to give you a practical, well-organized and playful way to navigate your own healing journey, and develop a daily practice.  Join us for four weeks of empowerment, growth, and transformation.
Each session builds upon the last, allowing you to go deeper and have a more meaningful experience.

Self-Massage 
​~with soft foam roller & therapeutic ball~

Learn techniques to massage your whole body with a foam roller and therapeutic ball. Each of the five classes will build upon the last, incorporating Chinese massage and Qigong techniques to warm up, followed by the art of the breath and self-massage with foam rollers and balls.
Relieve pain, increase hydration of tissues, and decrease inflammation from head to toe. This course is designed to assist you in developing a daily self-care routine. It is a a slow, gentle, meditative therapy to make you feel like you received a full body massage when you are done!​
Anyone, regardless of fitness level or age can do this…as long as you can get up and down from the floor.  It is low-impact and can be added to any home routine.  A short ten-minute Self-Massage routine will show results that will keep you motivated!
Reconnect:  Enhance your BodySense for better  self-assessment and progress tracking.
Rebalance:  Improve whole body balance and organ support through subtle yet profound techniques.
Rehydrate:  Restore fluidity to the fascia system, benefitting joints, muscles, organs, and cells while reducing inflammation.
Release:  Decompress neck, low back, and spine joints, ensuring youthfulness, mobility, and pain-free living.
