This Japanese technique involves the gentle laying of hands to transfer life force energy.  You determine the energy flow, taking only what you need.  Many feel a warm,  tingly, cold, or pulling sensation  from my hands.  Some prefer a relaxing, non-verbal experience.  After a session, clients frequently report sensations of joy, calm, and lightness. Reiki is a gentle, supportive, balanced way to receive healing.  You can remain clothed during this session.  For remote sessions, ensure a distraction-free and quiet space with a secure internet.
