The Last Free Hands & Feet Self-Care Class for 2019

Here it is folks, the last free class for 2019.  The results are apparent.  People are noticing big shifts as they learn how interconnected our fascia on our feet and hands is to our whole body.  This is a wonderful introduction to the world of inner-self-awareness.  I highly encourage you to sign up soon, as there is limited space in my small studio.
